Syna International School include excursion/educational trips as part of the curriculum that provides students an opportunity to learn new things through travel and obtain practical information by visiting places in reality. That helps Syna students to understand what they study in theory and what is there in reality. It helps them to understand the subject matter in a much better way. Such tours help in Interactive learning, Socialization, helps students to their self- growth, boost mental health. Such types of tours build self-confidence and team spirit, gives Real world exposure, develop bonding between colleagues, student gets a chance to learn through experience and very important students make lifelong memories.

INTERNATIONAL TOUR

–(Bhutan) –

(From 09-10-2023 to 16-10-2023)

An International excursion was organised by the school and a group of students from classes, 8th, 9th & 10th along with Escort teachers Dr. Lokesh Dubey & Ms. Pinki Balyani went to Bhutan. It was full of beautiful memories and a wonderful experience, this trip to Bhutan was an unforgettable life time experience to the students. A group of 19 students went for a week and visited Thimphu, Drukgyal Dzong was a Buddhist Monastery, National Museum of Bhutan (Ta-Dzong) and Paro and each place offered us great learning exposure to Bhutanese culture. Interaction to the local people and school children’s were the best.




 

--------------------NATIONAL TOUR----------------------

(From 27-03-2024 to 04-04-2024)

Group-1: Dharamshala-McLeodganj-Amritsar

Group-2: Chandigarh-Manali-Solang Valley

Group-3: Trekking to Patalsu Peak-Rohtang-Manali

At the end of the month of March 2024 students from classes IV to XII went to some very interesting touring destinations of north India like McLeodganj- Dharamshala-Amritsar, Chandigarh-Manali, Patalsu Peak Trekking. Led by the In-charges Dr. Lokesh Dubey, Mr. C S Pandey, and Mrs. Pinki Balyani. Travel always expands your learning horizons and school life is incomplete without educational tours and excursions. During these tours students learned many useful lessons, captured lifelong memories and enjoyed a good time at some of the beautiful and national importance destinations of the country. Senior students went on Trekking tour to Patalsu Peak, a snow covered mountain that was at the height of 4200 meters. It was a wonderful experience. Though it was a 6km trek but due to heavy snow it was not easy at all. Walking on snow covered trek was tough but all enjoyed and reached on top successfully. During the tour students witness snowfall on day one and later tour students have done adventure activities like zip line and Skiing. While returning from Patalsu students met the local villagers of Solang and came to know their living difficulties and how these families survive at very low temperature.
